April 20, 1954 Daily Camera, Private Lot in Columbia Cemetery for Murdered Girl
A lot in Columbia cemetery is being purchased by sympathetic citizens of Boulder for the burial of the young woman whose body was found in Boulder Creek April 8th. Upon request of interested citizens, The Camera will serve as agent for those who may desire to make donations.
The cost of the lot and opening it for burial is $95. To date nothing has been received though the Denver Post Monday stated it had an offer of $12 to help buy the lot.
Howe mortuary is donating a fine casket and its services free.
The Camera will make up the deficit between what is donated and the cost of the lot and its preparation.
